Section 445B.773 - Request for administrative hearing

Any person cited for violating the provisions of NAC 445B.737 to 445B.774, inclusive, may request an administrative hearing pursuant to the provisions of NRS 233B.121. The request must be made in writing and submitted to the Department within 10 days after the date of receipt of the citation. The failure of the owner of the vehicle to request such a hearing within this time operates as a waiver of the owner's right to request such a hearing.
