Section 445B.770 - Refusal of owner or driver to submit vehicle to inspection

If an owner or driver of a vehicle refuses to submit his or her vehicle to an inspection procedure pursuant to NAC 445B.769, it constitutes a failure of the inspection procedure, unless the driver is cited by an officer for a violation of NRS 484D.580.
