Section 445B.740 - "Citation" defined

"Citation" means a written communication issued by the Department to the owner or driver of a heavy-duty motor vehicle that is in violation of the provisions of NAC 445B.737 to 445B.774, inclusive, which requires the owner to repair the vehicle and to pay a fine.
