Section 445B.194 - "Temporary source" defined

"Temporary source" means any building, structure, facility or installation which:

1. Emits or may emit any regulated air pollutant;

2. May be moved from one location to another;

3. Is located or operated in a location for a period of less than 12 months; and

4. Is not an affected source.
