Section 445B.112 - "Nonattainment area" defined"Nonattainment area" means, for any regulated air pollutant, an area:
1. Which is shown by monitored data or is calculated by air quality modeling or any other method determined by the Administrator to be reliable, to exceed any national standard of ambient air quality for the regulated air pollutant;2. Which is designated as a nonattainment area by the Governor; and3. Which is promulgated as a nonattainment area by the Administrator.Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.112
