Section 445B.108 - "New stationary source" defined"New stationary source" means:
1. For stationary sources subject to the requirements of 42 U.S.C. § 7412, a stationary source for which the owner or operator commenced construction or reconstruction after the Administrator proposed regulations pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 7412 which established an emission standard applicable to the stationary source.2. For all other stationary sources, a stationary source or modification for which an owner or operator has not submitted a complete application for an operating permit before the effective date of the program.Nev.
