Section 445B.073 - "Fuel-burning equipment" defined"Fuel-burning equipment" means:
1. Indirect heat transfer fuel-burning equipment which is any device used for the combustion of fuel in which heat is transferred from the products of combustion indirectly for the production of useful heat or power.2. Direct heat transfer fuel-burning equipment which is any device used for the combustion of fuel in which heat is transferred from the products of combustion directly for the production of useful heat or power.Nev.
