Section 445B.066 - "Existing stationary source" defined"Existing stationary source" means:
1. For stationary sources subject to 42 U.S.C. § 7412, any stationary source other than a new stationary source.2. For all other stationary sources, a stationary source which was constructed, or for which the owner or operator submitted a complete application for an operating permit, before the effective date of the program.Nev.
