Section 445B.0583 - "Emission reduction credit" defined

"Emission reduction credit" means a unit of emission reduction measured in tons per year that has been applied for and approved by the Director in accordance with the provisions of sections 13 to 23, inclusive, of this regulation and which can be used to satisfy federal offset requirements.
