Section 445A.117 - Severability

If any of the provisions of NAC 445A.070 to 445A.340, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that the invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or their application that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
