Section 445A.0745 - "Annual mean flow" defined"Annual mean flow" means a value calculated by:
1. Determining the rate of flow of water at or near the location at which a sample of water is taken not more than once each day during a 365-day period;2. Summing the amounts determined pursuant to subsection 1 during the 365-day period; and3. Dividing the sum determined pursuant to subsection 2 by the total number of days the rate of flow of water is measured pursuant to subsection 1 during the 365-day period.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.0745
