Section 445A.070 - Definitions

As used in NAC 445A.070 to 445A.348, inclusive, and sections 3 to 19, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 445A.071 to 445A.116, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
