Section 445A.267 - Procedures for issuance, reissuance, denial, modification, suspension or revocation of permit

A general permit must be issued, reissued, denied, modified, suspended or revoked in accordance with the provisions of NAC 445A.261 and 445A.263 and NRS 445A.600.
