Section 445A.Sec. 15 - NEWThe Department shall conduct an antidegradation review to ensure the antidegradation requirements of sections 3 to 19, inclusive are met if a person submits an application for a permit pursuant to NAC 445A.230 for:
1. A new point source discharge;2. The renewal or modification of a permit that will result in an expanded point source discharge, which includes, without limitation, a proposed:(a) Increase of the maximum flow of the discharge;(b) Increase in the concentration of any parameter of concern in the discharge;(c) Increase in the load of any parameter of concern to the receiving water;(d) Change in the composition of the discharge which would require different effluent limitations; or(e) Relocation of the discharge; or3.
