Section 445A.608 - Conditions for issuance of permit: Assumption by local governing body of certain responsibilities and duties

The Division shall not issue a permit to operate a water system unless the local governing body submits:

1. A resolution;

2. A copy of the minutes of a public meeting; or

3. Other written documentation,

which sufficiently demonstrates that the local governing body assumes the responsibilities and duties specified in subsection 4 of NRS 445A.895.
