Section 445A.368 - "Permit" defined

"Permit" means a written document issued pursuant to NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive, which describes the responsibilities and obligations of the holder of the permit during the construction, operation, temporary or permanent closure, and post-closure monitoring of a facility.
