Section 444.7616 - "Graywater" defined

"Graywater" means untreated household wastewater that has not come into contact with toilet waste. The term includes, without limitation, used water from bathtubs, showers and bathroom washbasins, and water from machines for washing clothes and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers.
