Section 444.9425 - "Facility for the management of waste containing polychlorinated biphenyl" defined

"Facility for the management of waste containing polychlorinated biphenyl" includes the contiguous land and any structure, other appurtenances or improvements on the land which are used for treating, storing or disposing of waste containing polychlorinated biphenyls. Such a facility may contain several units for the treatment, storage or disposal of such waste.
