Section 444.8701 - Definitions

As used in NAC 444.8701 to 444.8746, inclusive:

1. "Administrator" means the Administrator of the Division.

2. "Hearing officer" means the Administrator or any person designated by him or her to conduct a hearing relating to a citation issued pursuant to NAC 444.8711.
