Section 439.700 - Appointment of deputy attorney general to represent Division of Public and Behavioral Health

The Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services may request, at least 10 days before a hearing, that the Attorney General appoint a deputy attorney general, separate from the deputy attorney general representing the State Board of Health, to represent the Division before the Board.
