Section 439.909 - "Physician" defined"Physician" means:
1. A physician licensed pursuant to chapter 630 of NRS;2. A homeopathic physician licensed pursuant to chapter 630A of NRS;3. An osteopathic physician licensed pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS;4. A chiropractic physician licensed pursuant to chapter 634 of NRS; or5. A podiatric physician licensed pursuant to chapter 635 of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 439.909
