Section 439.782 - Testimony under oath

All testimony to be considered in a hearing must be taken under oath. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 439.784, before testifying, a person must swear or affirm before the hearing officer to the truthfulness of the testimony he or she is about to give in the hearing.
