Section 439.768 - Eligibility for traditional benefits

Persons with disabilities who are not eligible for Medicare Part D may be eligible for traditional benefits under the Disability Prescription Program, based on the availability of funding and contractual agreements with a pharmacy benefit manager selected by the Department through a formal bidding process.
