Section 439.120 - Action on petition by Secretary of State Board of Health1. The Secretary of the State Board of Health shall, within 45 days after receipt of the letter submitted pursuant to NAC 439.100, issue a temporary declaratory order or an advisory opinion and mail it to the petitioner.2.
