Section 435.824 - "Provisional certificate" defined

"Provisional certificate" means a temporary certificate issued by the Division to a new provider of jobs and day training services pending the issuance of a certificate pursuant to the successful completion of an initial quality assurance review performed pursuant to NAC 435.865.
