Section 435.405 - Application for financial assistance1. An application for financial assistance from the Division for care provided by a parent or other relative of a person with an intellectual disability or developmental disability must be submitted to the Division on a form which, upon request, will be provided by the Division.2. Upon receipt of the application, a staff member of the Division will:(a) Conduct an interview with the applicant;(b) Request any additional information required for the applicant to complete the application; and(c) Inform the applicant of the services available from the Division.Nev.
