Section 432A.445 - Institutions: Social workers1. A licensee of a child care institution shall maintain a ratio of social workers to children that will fulfill the needs of the children, but there must be at least two social workers for every 50 children in the institution.2. Each social worker must: (a) Possess a bachelor's or more advanced degree which is based on at least 15 credits in the social sciences; and(b) Within 2 years after commencing employment with the institution, participate in at least 180 hours of documented training while in service.Nev.
