Section 427A.384 - Designation of representative to act on behalf of recipient

If a recipient has difficulty acting on his or her own behalf, the recipient may designate a representative to act on his or her behalf. If the recipient designates such a representative, the recipient shall notify the Division and all subsequent correspondence from the Division must be sent to the recipient and his or her designated representative.
