Section 427A.410 - Assets of applicant or recipient: Limitation

The assets of an applicant or recipient may not exceed the limit for assets set forth in the institutional guidelines established by the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services subject to the amendments set forth by the Commission, if any.
