Section 427A.404 - Evaluation of income and assets of applicant or recipient

The Division will evaluate the income and assets of an applicant or a recipient in determining the eligibility or continued eligibility of the applicant or recipient for enrollment in COPE. Such evaluation must be conducted on an annual basis.
