Section 427A.486 - Notification of decision and right to appeal; request for appeal1. A reviewing officer shall mail the written decision to the applicant or recipient or his or her designated representative within 15 days after the close of the administrative review. In addition to the written decision, the reviewing officer shall notify the applicant or recipient or his or her designated representative by mail of: (a) The right to appeal the decision of the reviewing officer to the Division; and(b) The process to request an appeal to the Administrator of the Division.2. A request for an appeal to the Administrator of the Division must be received by the Administrator within 10 days after the date of the decision.Nev. Admin. Code § 427A.486
