Section 427A.474 - Disclosure of documents, records and additional relevant information1. An applicant or a recipient or his or her designated representative is entitled to receive: (a) Before the administrative review, a photocopy of all documents and records that will be used in the administrative review. The Division will provide these photocopies at no charge.(b) From the Division, photocopies of additional relevant information that will not be used at the administrative review upon payment of a charge not to exceed the actual cost to the Division of producing the photocopies.2. During the review, the Division will provide the applicant or recipient or his or her designated representative with a photocopy of all documents presented by the Division at the administrative review.Nev.
