Section 427A.325 - Communications to Specialist

Formal written communications and documents must be addressed to the Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition and shall be deemed to be received officially only when delivered to the Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition.
