Section 426.095 - Confidentiality of information

Information about a person which is furnished to the members of the Nevada Committee of Vendors Who Are Blind to enable them to carry out their official responsibilities may be used only for that purpose. The members shall not disclose such information without the informed written consent of the person about whom the information is concerned.
