Section 426.305 - Equipment: Responsibility for daily maintenance; payment for repairs resulting from neglect or abuse

An operator or trainee shall assume responsibility for the daily maintenance of the equipment furnished by the Bureau. The operator or trainee shall pay for any repairs that result from his or her neglect or abuse of the equipment.
