Section 408.696 - Authority of Department upon executed contract: Authorization of licensing, permits, approvals or participation of other entities; oversight and review by Department

The Department may authorize a successful proposer with whom the Department executes a contract to seek licensing, permits, approvals or the participation of other governmental or private entities to complete the project, subject to such oversight and review by the Department as the contract or any other separate agreement for services provides.
