Section 408.Sec. 12 - NEW1. The Board of Directors will not approve an application for a loan or other financial assistance from the Bank if: (a) The applicant is in default on any other debt owed by the applicant unless the default is cured;(b) The qualified project is not consistent with the standards set forth in Nevada's Climate Strategy for the year 2020 and the goals for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions set forth in NRS 445B.380 and 704.7820;(c) The applicant is not a qualified borrower or the project is not a qualified project; or(d) Based on the report prepared pursuant to section 10 of this regulation, the loan or other financial assistance is not in the best interest of this State.2. The Board of Directors may reject an application for a loan or other financial assistance from the Bank by an applicant who has previously defaulted on a debt owed by the applicant but has cured such a default if the Board of Directors determines that the circumstances warrant rejection of the application.Nev.
