Section 408.369 - Direct costs of handling and loading materials and supplies1. The direct costs to: (a) Handle and load materials and supplies at the utility's stores or material yards; and(b) Handle and unload the recovered materials accepted by the utility at its stores or material yards, are reimbursable.2. Average rates which are representative of actual costs may be used in lieu of actual costs, if approved by the Department.3. The average rates must be adjusted at least annually for anticipated changes and corrections to any applied costs for the preceding period. The utility may elect to receive as reimbursement: (a) Five percent of the amount billed for the materials and supplies issued from its stores or material yards; or(b) The value of the recovered materials in lieu of the actual or average costs for handling.Nev.
