Section 408.247 - "Salvage value" defined "Salvage value" means:
1. The money received from the sale of the property of a utility because of and at the expense of a project; or2. The value of the recovered material which is charged to the account of the utility if the material is retained for reuse or recycling.Nev. Admin. Code § 408.247
