Section 408.820 - Loss of order of priority of qualified business

Upon the removal of a business sign, the qualified business loses its order of priority in the ranking for placement of a business sign unless:

1. It corrects the deficiency before the acceptance of another applicant by the Traffic Engineer; or

2. The removal of the business sign is temporary pursuant to NAC 408.816.
