Section 408.792 - Placement of panels1. Each panel must be erected between intersections and no less than 300 feet in advance of the intersection from which the service of a qualified business is available. The spacing between panels and between panels and other devices for controlling traffic must be determined on the basis of an engineering study by the Department. Business signs must not be displayed for any business that is visible from a point, 300 feet from the intersection, on the main traveled way.2.
