Section 408.804 - Denial of application by Traffic Engineer

An application of a business which meets all of the requirements for eligibility for placement of a business sign may be denied by the Traffic Engineer if he or she determines that adequate direction to the business cannot be given by a reasonable number of allowable supplemental panels or trailblazers.
