Section 394.529 - Request for approval to add new program of instruction

Except as otherwise provided in this section, a licensed institution that wishes to obtain the approval of the Commission to add a new program of instruction must submit to the Administrator an application that includes all the information required to apply for a provisional license pursuant to NAC 394.381. The applicant is not required to include in the application any information concerning the licensed institution which is on file with the Commission and which is current and will not change as a result of the addition of the new program of instruction.
