Section 387.725 - Final budget: Adoption and submission1. Not later than June 8 of each year, the governing body of each charter school and the governing body of each university school for profoundly gifted pupils shall, at a public meeting, adopt its final budget for the ensuing fiscal year by the favorable votes of a majority of the members of the governing body.2. The governing body shall submit copies of the final budget to:(b) The Legislative Counsel Bureau; and(c) If the school is a charter school, the sponsor of the charter school.Nev. Admin.
