Section 385B.Sec. 3.2 - NEW1. A varsity team in a sanctioned sport which is created by a school during a 2-year period for which the school is classified and aligned pursuant to NAC 385B.250 is not eligible to compete in any postseason contest in the sanctioned sport for the remainder of the period.2. A varsity team in a sanctioned sport which is created before a 2-year period for which the school is classified and aligned pursuant to NAC 385B.250 is, upon approval by the Board, eligible to compete in postseason contests in the period.Nev.
