Section 385B.882 - Approval required for agreement conferring exclusive right to broadcast

A person shall not enter into an agreement that confers upon him or her the exclusive right to broadcast by radio or television a league, regional or state tournament in which a right is reserved pursuant to NAC 385B.874 unless the Board approves the agreement.
