Section 384.130 - Notices of meetings1. Notice of a special meeting of the commission must be given at least 7 days before the meeting, by written notice delivered personally, or sent by mail or telegram to each commissioner, at his address as shown on the records of the commission.2. Any commissioner may waive notice of any meeting.3. A commissioner's attendance at a meeting constitutes a waiver of notice, except where he attends for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of business because it was not lawfully called.4. The general nature of the business to be transacted at the special meeting must be set forth in the notice.Nev. Admin. Code § 384.130
