Section 366.035 - Reinstatement of original requirement following reduction in amount: "Lack of faithful performance" interpreted

As used in subsection 6 of NRS 366.235, the Department will interpret the term "lack of faithful performance" to mean a failure to make any payment owed pursuant to this chapter or chapter 366 of NRS in a timely manner.
