Section 353B.Sec. 10 - NEW

The Office of the State Treasurer shall:

1. Make information regarding each account, including, without limitation, any reports regarding the account and the balance of the account, available for access by the designated beneficiary of the account and his or her parent or guardian on an Internet website maintained by the Office.
2. Within 90 days after the date on which an account is created pursuant to section 9, send by regular mail or electronic mail to the designated beneficiary of the account and his or her parent or guardian:
(a) Written notice of the name of the designated beneficiary;
(b) Written notice of the Program identification number assigned to the designated beneficiary; and
(c) Directions regarding how to access the account in the manner prescribed in section 11.
