Section 353B.410 - Fraudulent misrepresentation or omission of information

If the Board determines that a purchaser has fraudulently misrepresented or omitted any information relating to a contract requested by the Board or otherwise required pursuant to NAC 353B.010 to 353B.510, inclusive, the Board will terminate the contract and provide to the purchaser a refund according to the terms of the master agreement.
